Intel. Pressure Mounts As Four Former Board Members Speak Out

In what can only be described as an extraordinary move, former Intel board member David B. Yoffie, posted the following note on his LinkedIn profile three days ago, details here.
He was basically teasing an article published in Fortune, jointly written by himself and three other former Intel board members, on the best strategy to save the company, i.e. breaking it into two completely separate entities, one focused on design, the other focused on foundry.
The article is a damning indictment of Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger’s turnaround strategy for the company and the timing, one week before the third quarter earnings call, couldn’t be worse.
