Lip Bu Tan just delivered the opening keynote of the company’s two-day long, invitation only “Intel Vision” event, details here. Tomorrow, Michelle Johnston Holthaus (MJ) will deliver another keynote dubbed “Intel Products Update & GTM.
Rather curiously, her keynote is billed as follows, details here:

So, Intel Foundry doesn’t merit a top level keynote in the same way that Intel Products does. Interesting. Instead, it appears that Intel Foundry will be covered in MJ’s keynote, apparently as one of her guests, Kevin O’Buckley, as the following graphic implies.
Conspicuous by his absence from the two day event lineup is CFO David Zinsner, recently interim co-CEO with MJ following Mr. Gelsinger’s “retirement”. I wonder what this suggests about his future with Intel? Anyway, two weeks into his tenure as Intel’s latest CEO, what did we learn from Mr. Tan about his vision for Intel? Let’s dig in…
